Team Pathways

The function of a youth soccer club is to develop players in a team environment under the supervision of a coach. Teams develop at practice with structured training sessions, and during games against the competition (in league, tournaments and scrimmages). When teams win, it’s a byproduct of hard work, collective team play, and the individual application of technique under pressure. When teams lose it’s a chance for reflection, learning, growth, and perseverance.
